Booth & Exhibition

Each sponsor will be provided with a pre-built booth including standard logo and panels for the sponsors own branding.

The booth will include:
  • Lockable counter unit
  • Lighting and power
  • 2x bar stools
  • Desktop A4 literature holder
  • Wireless internet connection
Booths will be of common type and design and that there is no provision for sponsors own pop-up or pull-up signage or any free standing equipment.

Deadline for submission of artwork is 1 March 2024.

Access Time

Sponsors will be able to access their pre-built booth from the following times:
18:00 on Monday 15 April 2024
07:30 on Tuesday 16 April 2024
07:30 on Wednesday 17 April 2024

Catering

Sponsors, speakers and delegates will be provided with all meals and refreshments during the day. Networking drinks and buffet dinner will take place on Tuesday 16 April 2024, immediately following the close of the presentations. All delegates and Sponsors are welcome to attend, no pre-booking is necessary.

WiFi Access

WiFi access will be provided to all sponsors free of charge in the exhibit area.

Noise Levels

Screening videos etc from booths will be permitted providing they do not interfere with the conference or any other Sponsor. The Organisers reserve the right to request that sound levels are reduced or switched off completely during conference session times.

Security

Please do not leave portable or valuable items unattended during the event. The organisers cannot assume any liability for damaged and/or missing property.
