We strongly encourage all sponsors to submit an item for inclusion in their respective conference delegate bags. Bag item examples can be datasheets (up to 10 pages) or promotional giveaways such as mints, notelets, pens, USB sticks, coasters, stress-balls, keychains, diaries, calendars, powerbanks etc.
If you wish to take up this option, we will require an item description. Without this information, we are unable to compile a full listing of what should go into each bag. Not advising us may mean your item potentially gets missed out for inclusion.
If you wish to send in items to hand out from your booth, please ensure the ‘BOOTH MATERIALS’ box is ticked on the consignment label.
We do not need to know what your booth items are. All boxes will be left on your countertop OR locked in the cabinet below.
If you wish to send in items for the delegate bag, your booth or both, YOU MUST download the correct conference label below.
The label should be clearly placed on the outside of your consignment. Please ensure one or both boxes have been ticked.
Delivery to the conference venue must be between 09:00 and 17:00 on Thursday 3 April and Friday 4 April 2025.
