The organisers take health and safety issues very seriously. Please ensure you have briefed all booth staff with regard to general health and safety risks likely to be encountered at the event and familiarise yourself with fire exits upon arrival at the venue.

Any Health and Safety issues must be reported to the Organiser immediately!

Insurance

The sponsor is responsible for obtaining exhibition insurance covering its personnel, exhibition material and equipment for the duration of the event including public liability, property damage, fire and theft, etc. It is strongly recommended that sponsors also carry insurance to cover loss of, or damage to, personal property while such property is located at, is in transit to, or from the venue.

The sponsor is responsible for providing a certificate of liability insurance issued by their insurance company for a minimum of €1 million and showing that they are covered against any material loss or damage, or bodily injuries to third parties, as well as to their materials or personnel as this may need to be produced on site, if requested.

It is highly recommended that sponsors lock any valuable or fragile items in their stand's cabinet while the booth is unattended. The organisers accept no responsibility for any broken or stolen items.
